Description

Bhanrock LLC sends text messages to property owners who have opted in, regarding their property, our purchase offers, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and related matters.

Message Frequency

Variable. Typically 2 to 6 messages per month, depending on the status of your inquiry.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Bhanrock does not charge for messages.

Supported Carriers

All major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by:

• Checking the consent box on our website form at bhanrock.com
• Verbally consenting during a phone call with us (we will log the verbal consent)
• Texting START to our business number

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also use UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
